CLOUD KICKING GANG

     Coming to the stage live from Anniston,  Alabama its the hottest independent rap group..."CLOUD KICKING GANG"!! From humble beginnings four talented young men came together with a shared dream. Growing up in a small town it was a love of music that became an escape from mediocrity and a way to stay out of trouble. Freestyle rap sessions while hanging out together became commonplace and soon complete songs were being recorded on cellphones as they realized there was potential in what was taking shape. Deciding to share their recordings with family and friends " CKG" discovered that they were on to something and amassed a following of people who enjoyed their music and supported their vision of pursuing a music career. Four talented young men...four different personalities...four distinctive styles of rapping...one shared dream. "CLOUD KICKING GANG" became an official rap group with members Kevin Beard (K.B.), DeMarquis Smith (SLUM DEE), Rodquez Trammell ( R.O.C.), and Garron Mixon ( RICH MIX). The year was 2012 and the journey begins as the group hits the recording studio to begin work on their first project.

     Fast forward and its 2014 and "CLOUD KICKING GANG" is ready to take their vision to the next level. After recording several singles that have been promoted by local DJs and some live performances,  "CKG" is ready for nationwide exposure.  With club banger "WONT PHASE ME" and twerk song "GET LOOSE" to their credit, the group is ready to set the club scene on fire. A more in-depth look into the group's versatility can be heard in "THE MESSAGE" and "UNDERSTAND MY LIFE" which are smooth rap soliloques that speak the truth of their lives and the daily struggle. Both a CD and mixtape project are currently underway and will be a collection that will define and set this group apart from its contemporaries. The goal of "CLOUD KICKING GANG" is to bring the best of Southern rap to clubs, radio stations, and social media sites nationwide...their name will be synonymous with "SUCCESS"!!
